Station 01
Bis Invest AS sits at Sør Kolnesvegen 112 in Sola, out on the Jæren coast, and Bjørn Inge Sanne is the person answering for what it publishes. Bis Invest Tech is what the software carries as a name.
The catalogue is small on purpose. An app gets drawn, written, tested and shipped here, and then it gets maintained rather than replaced — which is easier to promise when nothing about it depends on a service that has to stay paid for.
To be plain about it: this is a software company. It sells no financial product, manages nobody's money, and gives no advice about either. The word in the name is a company name and nothing more.
Station 02
The apps hold what they need in private storage on the device, which Android walls off from every other installed app. No account is created, no session is opened, no identifier is minted, no event is counted, and no advertising kit is compiled in.
A file that never moves cannot be intercepted, resold, retained past its welcome or handed over. It also means an app bought today still runs on a phone in a decade, long after any server behind it would have been quietly retired.
Station 03 — published by Bis Invest AS
A slow, clear puzzle about sorting colour. Each board hands you a row of glass pools layered with mixed water, and the work is to pour from one into another until every pool holds a single pure hue.
One rule carries the whole game: colour only flows onto its own kind, and only where there is room. Every pour tips in an arc and settles with a slosh, light moving over the glass as it goes. There is no timer, no penalty for thinking, a generous undo for backing out of a dead end, a hint when a board knots up, and a reset that puts the starting layout back. Over a hundred hand-built boards run from easy to hard, every one of them checked to be solvable, in English and Norwegian, offline, with no account and no advertising.
Tidepools on Google PlayAlmost none of it, and the shortfall can be counted rather than guessed. Think of a board as a pile of coloured units dropped at random into pools. Two units sitting on top of each other in the same colour are a gift — that join is already made. Everywhere else, a boundary exists that some pour will eventually have to erase. Count the boundaries and you get a floor on the work: each pour can remove at most one of them, so a board can never be finished in fewer pours than it has surplus runs. Below, that floor is worked out exactly, for any size of board.
Not on this panel: no pools, no pouring, no board and no solver. It cannot tell you whether a particular layout can be finished, or how — only how much of the work is still waiting no matter how cleverly you play.
Station 04
Which boards you have finished is kept in the app's own storage and nowhere else. There is no profile to log into on a new handset, no leaderboard, and no way for us to restore a run of completed levels — the same arrangement that means nobody can watch you play also means nobody can carry your progress across for you.
For a puzzle game that is a small price. It is still worth saying before a phone gets replaced rather than after.
One more thing said in advance rather than discovered: this is a game in which telling two colours apart is the entire task. Around one man in twelve and one woman in two hundred sees colour differently, most often at the red–green end, and for some of them a board of jewel tones will be hard work or simply unreadable. If that is you, it is worth trying a few boards before committing an evening to it.
